These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Affirmation mobile application ("the app") available on Google Play, published by Cloudy NI ("we", "us", "developer"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app

Daily Affirmation provides daily and on-demand affirmations, optional categories, favorites, reminders, themes, text-to-speech, sharing, and optional Premium features (including ad-free use, extra themes, widget, and related options). Features may change over time as we improve the app.

2. Not medical or professional advice

Content in the app is for general inspiration and personal wellness only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you need professional help, contact a qualified provider. Do not rely on the app in an emergency.

3. Free and Premium

The app is free to download. The free version may show advertisements (Google AdMob).

Premium is a recurring subscription via Google Play (product id: premium_monthly). Price and billing period are shown at purchase time. You can cancel in Google Play subscriptions. Premium unlocks features described in the store listing and in the app.

Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play's terms and refund policies, not directly by us.

The app, its design, branding, and curated affirmation content (except user-chosen photos you supply) are owned by or licensed to the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

You retain rights to photos you select as custom backgrounds. You grant the app permission to display them only on your device within the app.

6. Third-party services

The app integrates third-party services (including Google Play, AdMob, and Android system features). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that affirmations will meet your expectations or outcomes in life.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you used only the free version.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature with reasonable notice where possible. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes to the app and Terms

We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights.
