Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android application Calculator+ (“the app”), operated from Northern Ireland. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description
Calculator+ provides calculator functions and related personal utility tools (such as tip helpers, unit conversion, and optional local note storage with access controls). Features may vary by version and purchase status.
2. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms where applicable.
3. Purchases
Paid versions or in-app products are processed by Google Play Billing. Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
4. Your content and responsibilities
- You are responsible for content you enter and for keeping your device secure.
- You are responsible for remembering any access codes you configure. We cannot recover on-device codes from a developer server because we do not store them there.
- You must not use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. User-generated content is intended to remain on your device.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Calculator results are for general convenience and may contain errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if free).
8. Changes
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it.
